IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE

ITMFL is the creative collaboration of Turkish fashion designer Banu Bora Mumcu and interior designer Rezzan Benardete, launched in 2016.

The signature style takes in key elements of boudoir dressing out of their comfort zone to re-appropriate for both daytime and evening occasions. They blend relaxed silhouettes, sumptuous fabrics and a vibrant colour palette.

Founded by Georgian It girls, Nino Eliava and Ana Mokia, 0711 combines cultural pride in its use of handweaving, a patriotic ancient tradition, along with slick and easy-to-wear modern minimalism.

The pieces are handmade in Georgia, day to evening bags made of transparent plexiglass, wood and yarn are a combination of constructivist forms and traditional hand weaving.

“Mainly, we want to combine a very modern material with something as ancient as knitting,”
says cofounder Eliava,
“We like clashing things.”
